Tenant Guide


To find your ideal property, we need to know as much as possible about your requirements. This includes your rental budget, the date by which you need to move, the type and size of property you need, etc. You can let us know all about your requirements by registering online, by phone or by visiting us at the office where a member of our specialist team can assist you. With a clear understanding of your requirements we will be able to match you with the perfect property that meets your criteria.

Viewings can be conducted 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday and10am 3pm on Saturdays. You can book a viewing by calling us on 020 8572 1066.

If the property is suitable for you, don’t delay your offer as it could get secured or let by someone else on the same day! When you make an offer you’ll need to pay us an administration fee to cover our tenant vetting costs and a deposit to reserve the property.

As soon as a suitable property has been found, you will need to complete a reference check... here is an example of a few of the references sought:

Confirmation of employment, salary confirmation.
Personal and photographic identification (passport of driving licence).
Previous landlord references.
Students (Guarantor or proof of funding).
Self-Employed (Accountants references, trading details etc).

All administration/reference fees are due at the start of the application process once the offer has been verbally agreed and will secure the property for you subject to satisfactory references being received on behalf of all applicable tenants.
